A lot of the advice you’re going to get from your local health centre will sound a little familiar.
First you need to make sure that you’re getting the correct amount of copper.
The copper you need is about 2.5% of your hair colour.
So, the amount you need depends on your hair’s natural colour and whether it’s brown, blonde or black.
Here’s what you need:1.2 millilitres of hair dye (4 drops of each colour)3.6 teaspoons of baking soda5.5 cups of boiling water5 teaspoons of copper salt (you can also use baking soda, salt and baking powder, depending on your needs) You’ll need the following ingredients to make the dyes:1 cup of boiling cold water1 teaspoon of baking powder1 cup baking soda1 cup salt (use baking soda) For each drop of hair colour you need, you’ll need: 1 cup boiling water2 cups of water3 teaspoons of sodium chloride You need to be careful with your baking powder and baking soda as they can burn your hair.
You can use any cooking salt and vinegar you like.
If you’re using a food processor, make sure you don’t use any of the baking powder as it can chip off.
For your hair, I use a silicone hair brush with a metal tip.
When I’m making the ditches, I make sure I wash it well so that the hair can get its natural colour.2.
To make the copper dyes, add the copper to a saucepan with the boiling water and then add the baking soda.
Put the mixture in a bowl and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove the mixture from the heat.
Once the mixture has cooled, add in the baking salt and stir it well to get the copper dye to dissolve.
Add in the boiling hot water, stir it to get it boiling and then let it sit for about 30 minutes.3.
Take the copper and add it to a mixing bowl with the baking liquid.
Mix it well and then you’ll get a pale brown colour with a copper texture.
Stir it in with the water to make a rougher texture.4.
Ditch the copper hair.5.
Now, add some baking soda and salt.
It’s now time to pour the baking water and the baking mixture into a baking dish.
Use your fingers to spread the mixture out onto the baking dish, to form a dough.
Place the dough in a dish, then cover it with foil and let the dye soak for about 5 minutes.5 .
Remove the dowsers and let them dry for at least 30 minutes before you try them out.6.
While the dits are soaking, mix up the copper colouring with your favourite baking powder.
As with the hair ditches in the recipe above, you can use a food or liquid processor.
Just make sure it doesn’t get too oily or too dry.
Make sure the flour doesn’t soak up too much water and that the mixture doesn’t become too runny.
In the end, you should get a nice pale brown hair colour with no dyes.
